    About the property
    Location
    Our building is located in a 7-8 minute walk from the center of Datça, away from the bazaar crowd but within walking distance. The district is in the center of Datça, but not in the bazaar. It is across the BIM Market after passing Migros. It is a quiet neighborhood as it is generally a residential area. Since it is on the Marmaris-Datça road, all public transportation vehicles pass in front of the door.
    Beach
    The closest beach to our location is the blue flag public beach known as Hospitalealti. Since this beach, which is about 1 km long, has both stony and sandy areas, it is possible to reach an option for every preference. In addition, the sandy beach with restaurants is 7-8 minutes on foot, and Taslik beach, where the businesses are located, is 12-13 minutes away on foot.
