What is included in the price?
Depending on the hostel status indicated next to the room type, the room rate includes all guests and selected nights. Our prices also include VAT and other taxes.
Can I make a booking without entering my credit card details?
Credit card is not required for last minute bookings with same day check-in at almost all facilities. For future bookings, a credit card is required to guarantee the booking, even if you have chosen a paid accommodation at the hotel. However, in many hotels it is possible to guarantee the booking with a bank transfer instead of a credit card.
How can I be sure that my booking is confirmed?
When you have completed the booking process, you will see a confirmation page. This page shows all of your booking details, including your reservation number and PIN code. You can also access this confirmation page from the membership section in the upper right corner. You will also receive a confirmation email with all your booking details.
What is my PIN code and what does it do?
The PIN code is a 4-digit number found on your booking confirmation. This number allows you to see your booking details along with your booking number, view your reservation from the Manage booking option in the top right corner or manage an existing booking at the bottom of the page, resend the confirmation to a friend or yourself, change, or cancel. We recommend that you keep your PIN code confidential.
How can I see the prices of hotel rooms?
By entering your accommodation dates in the search engine, you can see the prices of suitable rooms next to the room types.
I'm entering my credit card information, when will I pay?
Otelz.com will never charge your credit card. If you choose Pay Early, the property may charge your credit card for the total amount after booking. When you choose the Pay at Hotel option, you pay when you arrive at the hotel.
Is it possible to get an extra bed/baby cot in the room for children?
Yes. If you have entered your child's details at the time of booking, the property will provide an extra bed or baby cot. All children whose details are entered correctly during the booking process are included in the rates.
Can I pay with cash or another card when I arrive at the property?
If you have not chosen an early payment accommodation, you can make the payment on the day you arrive at the property with the card you entered during the booking or with another card valid at the property. It is also possible to pay in cash.
Is it possible to cancel or change my booking?
Of course, and it's very simple. You have the right to cancel or change your booking from the Manage Booking page. However, we recommend that you remember to check the property's cancellation policy before making any changes to your booking. Non-refundable rooms and other special offers may have different cancellation policies. Room specific cancellation information is shown next to the room type.
Where can I find the hotel's contact information?
All details of the hotel, including telephone and email address, can be found on the booking confirmation, confirmation email and in My Bookings section.
