About the property
We have 8 rooms in our facility. Our 25 m2 large rooms are carefully decorated. All of our rooms have deep blue, unique Aegean Sea views from Ayvalik to Assos. All our rooms have TV (Satellite), air conditioning, mini bar, safe, Wi-Fi, shower, hair dryer.

We offer an environment where you can enjoy your holiday in company with the unique view where you can see the most beautiful blue of the Aegean Sea and the most beautiful colors of the sunset. You will find all local cheeses, Ayvalik olive oil, the most delicious of the bay, organic olive varieties and the greenery of Kaz Mountain together in our hotel. You will feel the warmth of your home in our comfortable rooms besides the unique natural texture, the oxygen of Kaz Mountains and the silence of nature. We provide you with the holiday environment you longed for, with our full sea view.
