    Our two rooms were spacious, well appointed, clean & warm, with comfortable beds & good bathrooms + hot water. An excellent buffet breakfast. The whole staff & management were very good & attentive.

    Liked it so much we stayed again. Helpful at reception. Well appointed and clean room. Large functional bathroom and shower. Excellent service and lovely buffet breakfast... Highly recommended

    Excellent hotel in an excellent location. Walking distance to the Kars castle, & bus terminal. Breakfast is great. Room and toilet is spacious & clean. Staff are lovely and helpful.
