Otelin konumu ve personelin ilgisi çok güzeldi. Çok rahat ettik. Hiçbir eksik yoktu.

Daha öncede 2 kez kaldığım bir otel.Konumu ile mükemmel bir yerde.Kilyos'ta yapı olarak en modern bir yapıya sahip.Yemekleri, kahvaltısı çeşitli ve yeterli.Personel kibar,güleryüzlü ve yardımcı.Pandemi kurallarına ve hijyene uygun önlemleri almış ve müşterilere de ona göre yönlendiriyorlar.Benim gördüğüm sadece odaların temizliği sanırım personel yetersizliği olabilr,daha titiz olarak yapılabilir.Çarşafların ,yer temizliğinin daha dikkatli yapılması gerekir. Ayrıca otelin yapısından kaynaklanan odaların ses yalıtımının tekrar gözden geçirilip bu konunun ele alınması lazım.Havuz, bahçe gayet temiz ve iyi durumda.Ve mutlaka ön denize bakan oda tercihiniz olsun, denizden güneşin batışı muhteşem. Teşekkürler Kilya.
