Bu otelden çok memnun kaldım. Otelin merkezi konumu sayesinde şehri keşfetmek oldukça kolay oldu. Odalar temiz ve konforluydu, personel ise son derece nazik ve yardımseverdi.

Kesinlikle inanılmaz güzel bir yer, çalışanlar oldukça güler yüzlü. Özellikle sabah kahvaltısındaki hanımefendi oldukça sıcakkanlıydı. Konum itibariyle de istiklale 2 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Otel çok temizdi. Bütün seyahatlerimde istiklal tarafında kalıyordum ancak bu oteli ilk defa denedim ve bundan sonra yer oldukça konaklayacağım tek otel burası. Tereddüt etmeden tercih edebileceğiniz bir otel olduğundan şüpheniz olmasın :)

Otelin konumu çok iyi merkezi bir yerde 100mt ilerisi istiklal caddesi. Ayrıca banyosu gayet temiz ve hijyen kokuyordu. Oda içerisinde mini mutfak vardı mutfak eşyaları dahil. 14 şubatta odamıza minik bi hediye bırakılmış içeri girdiğimizde çok şaşırdık ve sevindik. Çalışan arkadaşlar çok kibar ve yardımseverdi.

No11's most important departments such as cleaning, breakfast and management are run by women and make a difference by bringing a female touch to the service sector.
University students and receptionists working in this facility for a long time at the same time, who speak several languages, have always contributed to having regular guests, which are highly appreciated by the guests.

By Metro: we are 100 mt from Sishane stop of the red metro line. You have to get off through Istiklal Street exit. By taxi: Tell the driver to go to Odakule/Tepebaşı and get off the cab where you see Tepebasi taxi stop we are the second building in the first street on the right Balyoz. Private transfer: Please contact us and ask about the private transfer rates from both airports. By Bus: Havabus stops at Taksim Square we are 1.2 km walking distance or one stop by metro.
