    Erzurum'un tam merkezinde olan bu otelde konaklamak büyük bir keyif. Otelin içi ve odaları çok iyi dizayn edilmiş, odalar temiz, personel güleryüzlü, kahvaltıları ise müthiş. 100/100 öneririm.

    Dokuz günlük doğu seyahatinde kaldığım oteller içinde en mükemmel oteldir . Her şeyi ile kusursuz. Bu otele bu fiyat süper ötesi . Konaklayinca anlarsınız .

    Bu oteli çok beğendim doğrusu. Otel merkezi konumda. Erzurum kalesi, ulu camii, üç kumbetler, yakutiye ve çifte minareli medreselere yürüme mesafede. Çalışanları çok ilgili.

    Resepsiyonda Ahmet Bey ve Merve Hanım çok yardımcı oldular. Kahvaltı salonu ve çalışanları çok ilgiliydi, hiçbir ricamızı geri çevirmediler. Temizlik çok güzeldi. Evimiz gibi hissettik. Teşekkürler..

    En iyi otel deneyimlerinden biriydi. Otelin içi gerçekten lüks. Kahvaltısı da çok iyiydi. Fiyatına göre bence baya ucuz kalmış.
