Rules and Conditions of Otelz Gift Card

General

The Otelz Gift Card can be used immediately after purchase.
The Otelz Gift Card can be loaded into the Otelz Wallet account for use.
The Otelz Gift Card is only sold through the Otelz website and mobile application.
The validity period of the Otelz Gift Card is one year from the date of purchase. There is no refund for the unused balance within this period and no rights can be claimed for this balance.
Otelz Gift Card is not a credit or debit card. It is valid only in the facilities and services determined by Otelz.
Otelz Gift Card is not personal. It can also be used on behalf of any other person you wish.
The use of gift cards will be evaluated and processed in accordance with the policies listed under the Corporate Information section available at https://www.otelz.com/corporate/customer/contact, specifically the Privacy Policy - Terms and Conditions - Clarification Text - Protection of Personal Data - Gift Card Terms Use.

Otelz Gift Card can only be purchased in TRY.
Otelz Gift Card can be purchased for amounts determined by Otelz. (TRY 250-99000)
A card number is generated as a result of purchasing an Otelz Gift Card. The generated card number is only communicated to the gift recipient. The recipient accesses the card information via the link in the notification email or SMS.
By entering the card number in the ZPara Upload field, the loading to the Otelz wallet is completed.
Otelz Gift Card can be sent with special day themes determined by Otelz, ready-made messages or a personal message. (Birthday, Mother's Day, Congratulations, etc.)
No invoice is issued at the time of purchasing the Otelz Gift Card, the invoice to be issued in the name of the person staying after the accommodation is valid.
If requested, an invoice can be issued to the corporation purchasing gift cards for corporate gift card requests.
Otelz is not responsible for gift cards that cannot be delivered due to incorrect information entered during the purchase process.
The purchased Otelz Gift Card cannot be returned or exchanged for cash value.

Otelz Gift Card can only be used for booking.
Otelz Gift Card can only be used for bookings purchased through the Otelz website, mobile application and call center (0850 333 0 220).
Otelz In the event that the balance in the Gift Card is not sufficient for the entire payment process by activating it to the wallet account, the missing amount can be paid by debit or credit card.

Otelz reserves the right to change the Otelz Gift Card rules and conditions at any time without prior notice, or to contract with third parties for the management of the Otelz Gift Card.
In matters not specified here, the Otelz General Rules apply.
Otelz does not accept responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, and legal validity of any content on external websites.
Otelz reserves the right to disable, cancel, reject, or hold for review any Otelz Gift Card issued in error.
The Otelz Gift Card cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or used for unauthorized commercial purposes.
